Fantasyroyale, hereinafter referred to as 'The Platform,' offers an online gaming experience through a skill-based game called Fantasy Cricket. Our Platform is owned and managed by CODECRAFTED ENTERPRISES, commonly referred to as "Fantasyroyale," "We," "Our," and "Us." The term "User," "You," and "Your" refers to anyone who accesses our Platform.

When utilizing Fantasyroyale's services, users are required to abide by the following terms and conditions:

The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the products and/or services on the Portal (collectively referred to as "Services") that CODECRAFTED ENTERPRISES, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, associates, and partners (collectively referred to as "Fantasyroyale") currently offer or plan to offer in the future through the Portal, (collectively referred to as "Website" or "Websites") and the Fantasyroyale apps (collectively referred to as "App" or "Apps"), as well as the subsections of these sections on the Website and App, as applicable (hereinafter referred to as "Terms").

You will be bound by the Terms. You acknowledge that access to the Services provided on the Website is contingent upon your compliance with the Terms, and that it is your responsibility to do so at all times. It is your responsibility to read the Terms as published and to consent to any updates or modifications made from time to time by Fantasyroyale.

Any judicial or quasi-judicial body in India that finds any of the terms stated in these terms and conditions to be invalid, void, unenforceable, or unlawful for any reason will not affect the legality and enforceability of the remaining terms. We shall not be deemed to have waived our right to act with respect to any breach of the Terms by you, whether the breach in question or any prior, concurrent, subsequent, or comparable breaches, nor should our omission or delay in acting or exercising any right or remedy in connection with such a breach. When we organize a challenge, game, event, competition, or tournament, the Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may be relevant to that particular challenge, game, event, competition, or tournament will apply.

RELEVANCE

You should carefully read and review the terms provided on the Fantasyroyale site before registering with us. These terms apply to all services on the portal, as well as the rules and conditions specific to individual products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Fantasyroyale app includes a selection of content that has only been created by Fantasyroyale, its partners, licensors, collaborators, and/or users. The intellectual property rights (“Intellectual Property Rights”) in all software supporting the website are owned by Fantasyroyale, its partners, licensors, associates, and/or Fantasyroyale itself. All features and content published on the website, including (but not limited to) games, challenges, software, advertisements, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clippings, and animation, are wholly owned by Fantasyroyale. Until and unless users obtain a written license from the Fantasyroyale team or authorities, they are not allowed to alter, publish, transmit, take part in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or exploit any of the materials or content published on the website in any way.

Fantasyroyale users are solely responsible for any content (publicly visible or privately transmitted) that they upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available on the website (collectively, "Users' Content"). Users of Fantasyroyale guarantee that they are the only owners of the intellectual property rights in their user-generated content and that no third-party rights are violated by any of the materials they upload or post. Additionally, the user guarantees that they will not exploit or exhibit any trademarks, labels, logos, names, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties that are connected to or included on the website. Users further acknowledge and agree that in the event that any third party makes a claim in relation to the display or use of names, logos, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights on the website as a result of User's omissions, Fantasyroyale, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall be held harmless and irresponsible for any and all costs, damages, loss, and harm, including legal fees and expenses.

Users of Fantasyroyale grant Fantasyroyale and its partners, affiliates, licensors, and associates a worldwide, irreversible, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, copy, make derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform or display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish User Content for any of the following uses by agreeing to the terms and conditions.

• Showing user-generated content
• The sharing of user content with other users via electronic means or other media so that they can download it or obtain it in another way, and/or

All platforms, channels, and media will be covered for sharing and archiving user content. The user agrees to receive notifications, administrative messages, and advertisements from Fantasyroyale or its partners, licensors, or associates.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

By engaging in any of the games and challenges (including online fantasy sports gaming) hosted on the Fantasyroyale platform, an individual using the services provided by the Website or the App (“challenge(s)”) agrees to abide by these terms and conditions as well as any additional guidelines, policies, and usage guidelines established by the Fantasyroyale authorities.

At any time, the Fantasyroyale authorities reserve the right to amend or replace the previously established terms and conditions as well as the rules, regulations, and terms of use by posting a notice on the website. By using Fantasyroyale services, users agree to accept and be bound by any changes that may be made to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use that Fantasyroyale has already established. Users may receive notifications either posting notices in their accounts or by sending an email to the email address they have registered with, letting them know about changes to the terms and conditions, rules, and regulations. If the user is not in agreement with the changes made to the Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use, they have a specified amount of time to use the alternatives included in the email or notification to express their disapproval. Users agree to accept any changes or modifications to these terms and conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use if they do not notify us within the allotted time frame and do not object to the changes. If the user objects to the changes made to these terms and conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use, Fantasyroyale has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to prevent the user from enjoying the services and features that Fantasyroyale offers.

Different Fantasyroyale services may be subject to extra guidelines and policies that are developed in this regard. The additional conditions will take precedence over the Terms and Conditions in the event of an inconsistency.

Fantasyroyale has the complete and exclusive right to:

• restrict, pause, or end a user's access to the entire website or just a portion of it;
• Modify, pause, or end all or any portion of the functionality;
• Delete or deactivate a user's account, along with any associated data and files;
• reject, relocate, or delete any content that a user may submit;
• Any content that is available on the website can be moved or removed;
• Establish guidelines and restrictions for using the website.

If there are changes to the players' roster from the appropriate Sports Event, update or add players to the roster that is available for selection in a challenge.

Assign all of its rights and obligations to any entity with respect to the User accounts covered by this agreement. Notification of this assignment will be given to each User's registered email address.

If a user is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions set forth by Fantasyroyale or to be using the website provided by Fantasyroyale improperly or illegally, Fantasyroyale reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's access to all or any part of the website, deactivate or delete the user's account and information, and delete user content without providing the user with prior notice. In addition, Fantasyroyale has the right to take any necessary legal or technical action against the user.

The firm will promptly reimburse the platform cost paid if Fantasyroyale was negligent in suspending or deleting a user's account. However, in the event of a suspension or removal because of:

• the violation of the Fantasyroyale-defined Terms and Conditions; or
• any events outside of Fantasyroyale's reasonable control.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, users consent to receive communications from Fantasyroyale and any of its partners, licensors, and collaborators, including announcements, administrative messages, and advertisements.

WEBSITES, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS OF THIRD PARTIES

The website may contain a number of links to other websites that are owned and run by third parties. These websites may have different policies regarding how users may use them. The Fantasyroyale authority will not be held accountable for any content placed on any third-party website because they have no control over, or responsibility for, websites other than the Website. Moreover, Fantasyroyale's connection to any third-party content or links to third-party websites does not imply that Fantasyroyale supports these third-party websites in any way.

The communication, business dealings, and other relevant activities between the user and third parties, such as payment processors and providers of verification services, are not connected to or under the control of Fantasyroyale. Before transacting or using any of the services, users are solely responsible for reviewing the policies, terms and conditions, and service terms of these third parties. The users' involvement with third parties is entirely dependent on these third parties' terms and conditions, policies, and service terms. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of Fantasyroyale, users acknowledge that Fantasyroyale disclaims all liability for any harm or loss that users may have as a result of dealings, communications, or other associated activity with third parties. The proper third party should be contacted with any inquiries, grievances, or claims pertaining to any good or service provided by a third party. Fantasyroyale disclaims all liability for the resolution of any such queries, grievances, or claims.

The website consists of a collection of content that has been produced and shared by Fantasyroyale and other third parties. When using the features offered by the Fantasyroyale platform or participating in any of the challenges hosted on the platform, users should not rely on any content created and posted by third parties, as Fantasyroyale does not guarantee their accuracy, integrity, or quality.

USER CONDUCT

The rules, regulations, and terms of use that Fantasyroyale has defined for its users are binding on the users, and in the event that the user does not follow these terms and conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use sufficiently, Fantasyroyale's authorities reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against the user, which may include (but is not limited to):

• limiting, stopping, or eliminating a user's access to the entire website or app;
• deleting or deactivating a user's account, together with any associated data and files; or
• refraining from giving that User any winnings.

By accepting Fantasyroyale's terms and conditions, users of its services consent to give true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering and at other times as requested by Fantasyroyale. Additionally, users commit to having their registration details updated constantly.

Fantasyroyale allows a single user to register or manage a single user account (web and app combined).

Those who use Fantasyroyale's services provide permission to receive all correspondence from the company by adding emails from the website to their list of "safe senders." Fantasyroyale will not be held liable if any of the emails it sends are not seen by the user because they end up in their spam or junk mail boxes.

Users are advised not to disclose any passwords they may have received from Fantasyroyale to third parties as they are private and protected information. Users are the only ones who are accountable for keeping their passwords and accounts private. By accepting the Fantasyroyale Terms and Conditions, users give Fantasyroyale permission to notify them of any unauthorized use of their accounts or passwords, as well as any other security breach.

The security and privacy of any payment accounts connected to a user's Fantasyroyale account are entirely the user's responsibility. Fantasyroyale disclaims all liability in the event that the user's associated payment accounts are misused; additionally, the user should notify Fantasyroyale of any such misuse as soon as it comes to their attention.

After every session, the users make sure to log out, or exit, from their accounts, if applicable. Fantasyroyale shall not be liable for any loss or damage that the user may experience as a result of breaking these rules and regulations.

The use of cheats, exploits, automation, software, bots, hacks, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to alter or interfere with website and/or app features, as well as the Fantasyroyale experience, is strictly prohibited for anyone utilizing Fantasyroyale's services.

The people who use the Fantasyroyale platform's services give their permission to refrain from duplicating or altering the software and technology connected to Fantasyroyale. Furthermore, by using the linked technologies and applications, users agree not to assign, distribute, reverse engineer, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any rights to any third party.

According to Fantasyroyale's terms and conditions, users are not allowed to alter any of the files, technologies, or software connected to the site or to take part in its modification.

The users agree that they will not cause, encourage, or participate in any type of disruption or overburden to:

• The computers or servers that facilitate Fantasyroyale services.
• other Users' or people's enjoyment of the features on the website.

Except from the Fantasyroyale user interface, the Terms and Conditions of Fantasyroyale prohibit the user from gaining any kind of unauthorized access to the User accounts, Servers, or networks connected to the Websites and/or App Features. The user is prohibited from engaging in any actions related to circumventing or altering any security, technology, device, or programme connected to Fantasyroyale's features, including trying to do so and encouraging or helping others to do the same.

The users consent to not utilizing the Fantasyroyale platform for any insufficient purposes, such as (but not restricted to):

• to act or speak in any way that is obscene, offensive, indecent, racist, communal, anti-national, disagreeable, defamatory, or abusive;
• to infringe upon, intimidate, harass, or otherwise violate anybody else's legal rights;
• Sending files that are infected with viruses, corrupted files, or any other such software that could harm or negatively impact someone else's computer, website, software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
• to use the Website to promote, provide, or sell any products or services for profit without Fantasyroyale's prior written approval;
• To send out content about surveys, pyramid schemes, products, services, unsolicited advertising or marketing materials, chain letters, challenges, and pyramid schemes;

Users understand and agree that they will not assist or participate in any kind of attack, including but not restricted to virus dissemination, denial of service attacks, or other attempts to interfere with Fantasyroyale's services or the usage or pleasure of other Fantasyroyale users.

REGISTRATION

Enrollment in the Challenge(s) requires Participants to accurately provide the following information:

• Email address
• Password
• Province/State

Individuals who engage in activities, services, or features offered by Fantasyroyale must attest that they have read the terms and conditions carefully and agree to abide by all guidelines, rules, and terms of use.

It is not allowed for participants who live in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland to play paid games on Fantasyroyale. 

In the event of Fantasyroyale audits, the company reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to take action against any user who is discovered to be a resident of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland but did not disclose this information at the time of registration. This action may include, but is not limited to, blocking the user account, deleting it, deactivating it, or resetting it to the initial level by erasing all logs, references, and lowering the amount present in the User Account to "zero."

ELIGIBILITY

Fantasyroyale is exclusively available to individuals who presently reside in India.

To create or accept a challenge, you must be at least 18 years old. The user's PAN Card will be verified when they submit their age.

You must have a working email address in order to join.

The only people who can take part in a Challenge and winnings are those who have successfully registered on the Website or the App(s) in compliance with the above-described method.

According to the laws that are in place in the Indian states of Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Sikkim, Nagaland, which prohibit people from playing skill games in which participation is paid for. Fantasyroyale has prohibited residents of those states from playing. 

DISPUTE AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The courts of competent jurisdiction in India will handle any disputes pertaining to Fantasyroyale's services, including challenge(s), the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these terms and conditions, as well as the rights and obligations of User(s) (including Participants) and Fantasyroyale. Any and all disputes, inquiries, and concerns will be heard by the appropriate court in accordance with Indian law.

The parties to the dispute will be required to abide by the arbitral award during the arbitration procedure. In addition, unless the arbitral tribunal specifies otherwise, the parties to the dispute shall be responsible for paying their own arbitration costs and splitting the arbitrator's fees equally. The arbitrator may make interim rulings and awards, such as mandates for certain performance, and these decisions may be enforced in appropriate legal forums. It is required of the arbitrator to render a logical decision.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Users acknowledge that they are using and accessing Fantasyroyale's features voluntarily and at their own risk. Additionally, you agree that Fantasyroyale will not be held accountable or liable for any loss or damage incurred, including but not limited to any accident, injury, death, or property loss experienced by Users or any other person or entity while using the services (including taking part in challenge(s)) or as a result of accepting any winnings.

When utilizing Fantasyroyale's services or features, users agree to hold Fantasyroyale, and/or any of its directors, employees, partners, associates, and licensors, harmless from and against any liability, cost, loss, or expense incurred by the user as a result of using the features, including (but not limited to) property damage and personal injury, whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, the result of their own negligence, or otherwise.

Regarding the winnings, Fantasyroyale shall not be liable in any way, either jointly or individually, for any mistakes or omissions made on its own or on behalf of third parties.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the user acknowledges that he or she will be fully liable for any outcomes that result from a situation in which the user violates these terms and conditions as well as other rules and regulations pertaining to the services, including by providing false information about their address or other personal details.

By using the website or participating in any challenge(s) hosted on the Fantasyroyale platform, users agree to defend and hold Fantasyroyale harmless against any claims made by third parties, entities, or organizations.

By accepting these terms and conditions, users of Fantasyroyale's services agree that Fantasyroyale will not be held accountable for any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (known or unknown), or (anticipated or unanticipated) related to the services or associated with the challenges or the winnings of the challenges. Users also waive and release Fantasyroyale from any and all rights or claims, actions, and causes of action (present or future) that they have or may have against Fantasyroyale, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives.
