REFUND POLICY

Payments made by users into the accounts of Fantasyroyale are not refundable. However, the funds could be utilized for leagues, competitions, and other activities on Fantasyroyale.

Once a transaction has been completed and confirmed on Fantasyroyale, the user cannot undo it. If Fantasyroyale decides in its sole and absolute discretion that a user should be able to cancel a transaction and receive a refund of the transaction amount paid by the user, then the following terms will be applicable.

In the aforementioned case, Fantasyroyale has complete discretion over whether to issue a refund to the User after deducting any applicable cancellation fees and taxes. The original payment method Fantasyroyale used to register for the league will receive the refund. Clients should think about any additional terms and conditions that are important in governing the agreement.

Refunds will be handled via the original payment method that was used to make the initial deposit. The internal review team may need up to five or seven (5-7) working days to process the refund.
